Words spoken, or written, are but a fraction of the total communication. In physical presence, there is also so much more said in gestures, body language, hugs, and kisses. Poetry, among the written mode of communication, I see in part as an attempt--in its nuances, rhythms, and images--to grasp that total communication. Thank you for your poem.
