My body just hurts thinking of climbing in and out of the tub, my arthritis is bad made worse because of the side effects of Lipitor. Good for you and your sons should be doing that, or tell 'em Kabu and I are coming down there to do it with you. MERRY CHRISTMAS

HAHAHA. I know all about mental-hospital green. I did my time there as student nurse.
I had a big claw-foot tub for thirty years. I loved bathing in it, but it was awful hard to clean under and around and to paint the bathroom. I like the way that the new bathroom tub/showers are all enclosed, but they sure are not comfortable to sit in and terrible to try to get out of.

Merry Christmas

Aunty adhnor has good advice to be listened to darling....I nearly did
myself damage at the color scheme you have been dealing with...and I love the discription of mental hospital green... excellent.....I took a lot of blood from mental health clients as an RN.....I know that green.

Re:
Sounds decidedly dodgy to me Pat messing around in a bath tub. Now you have got so far and your technical terms baffled me , I would try a bit of pyscology on those lads of yours. I would show them what you have achieved and casually remark that you hope it is safe to put your balancing act into action as you bruised yourself slightly by slipping the previous day. It is only a white lie.

No better time than the present to do anything, they say. Good for you, Pat_B - and your choice of colors will certain make the bathroom look much better, especially compared to what was in there. Hershey brown & mental green? Ugh!! Only thing - be very careful with the bathtub olympics while you're finishing up. Maybe you had better warn someone ahead of time...and call them back when you're finished...just in case! Better safe than sorry!
