Re: TAPS
Merry Christmas! I hope yours was beautiful. As long as the child remains I don't mind outgrowing anger

Thansk Ash, I think it's more likely to be harmed by me suppressing the emotions... I try to remember that there's nothing wrong with being angry so long as it not used to hurt others.
Thank you - I am delighted to be listed as an inspirer as I often find inspiration for life and poetry from your blog

Re: sam444
How odd... I am running that program on XP sp 3. I am glad you have a solution, however.
I am trying a journal as my vernting place now, it seems to be working for me so far...

Re: restraint is OK...but sometimes I go away by myself and yell
I agree... I am looking for my correct place to vent - a place that does nothing I will regret but allows me freedom to release frustrations

May we all become more childlike and anger unknown
only love and happiness flowing to all we meet and mostly to ourselves so we can radiate love unconditional.

Well done!
I have always been (even now as a septuagent) a child at heart.
I think I burned out my anger somewhere in the last decade.
Now things that used to make me angry
just make me sad.
Merry Christmas

lion, I've heard it said both ways...
There's a little child in all of us just waiting to break forth; there's a raging bull inside us just waiting to be turned loose....and day by day we have the choice.

What a wonderful way to express that feeling Neil! Can I use this poem to illustrate what so often happens to so many? I would love to read it to a couple of people in my practice. and... how are you my dear friend? I have missed you and feel blessed to be able to read you again. xoxoxo

I know this feeling but one has to find a healthy way to release of which I have not! I tried to download the program you told me about but I have windows XP and the service pack is 3, the program you suggested takes service pack 4 which will not work on my edition! So I went on line and found Jarte! It seems to do the job for me! I ran the anti virus to check it out and it did not have any problems! Thank you for the link though! sam
