it's so good when old friends remember that we like to remember them...

and reconnect old connections.

I like to do duck or game hen with a baste of concentrated orange juice, garlic and soysauce--cinnamon would be a very nice, classical medieval touch!  And I stuff em with rice seasoned with poultry seasoning, and mixed-in dried fruit bits.  Yes, that's 'bits' not 'bats.'

Do I remember Whinge? I do indeed - she was one of my crushes...LOL! And I'm very glad she, hubby and kids are doing well - too bad she had to defer her plans for college - she certainly has what it takes..

And kitchen experiments are fun, but the outcome can be iffy, as with all experiments. I had never heard of orange chicken, but I once made orange duck, or to give it its GC (gastronomically correct) name, duck a l'orange. It wasn't actually an experiment, since I followed a time-honoured recipe, although most of my culinary productions have some 'experimental' aspects, LOL.

BTW, you've got , and if you haven't, you've changed your address...
