I love your ideas about Mary Celeste.  You will do it up right I know.
The second part of your post just happens to be about every thing I do not want to do and am trying hard to avoid.

I have indeed heard of the Marie Celeste and the mysterious disapperance of her crew - everyone interested in the sea knows of her, LOL. I have even been to Spencer's Island, a beautiful little village in Nova Scotia, on the Bay of Fundy, where she was built and is commemorated. There's a pretty good account of the whole story in Wikipedia, for anyone who's interested...

And I certainly hope everything checks out well for you...

Sounds like a new story brewing there with that Mary Celeste name, I'll look forward to that. We're working the diet as well, I've been at it for 2 years come January 1st and still need to lose 32lbs. I've got to go for a thyroid scan again and a colonoscopy again, Grrrr.Praying you get through your procedure alright luv.

I planned to watch "Two Broke Girls", yet have not!  It is true about the brain, gaining weight and on less food.  I have found good information on Dr. OZ.  Only thing that concerns me relates to the numerous experts.  We can get to much or too little of what we need if we rely too much on what the TV doctors and advertisers say.  Balance is the key that I learned. Good post.
