Re: very touching, Bob, and very poignant...

Thank you, Rumor.  I've made several tries at getting it into words, and this is the closest and most honest attempt yet. - Bob

Re:Kind words, Jay. Thank you. I'm just kind of stuck on her. She

tells me it's mutual.  We're lucky in that.

I remember this post Bob, and I think I like it more with the second reading, now that I have got to know you a bit longer, understand your strength and your deep and meaningful love that most of us will never know. You are kind of a hero to me, a kind and special human being. Something we all should aspire to be.

Re: it is a wonderful read and will be very well received I am sure and so

I*'m curious to see what it'll be like.  I took an hour out yesterday to go up and check to see whether the place is accessible and has a ladies' room Gin could use (telephoning does no good - they all think they're accessible, but they've never tried coping while in a wheelchair or scooter).

Sorry to hear it! I found out recently that he was one of the cowards that

ran  out on Gary Cooper in High Noon (a movie John Wayne hated, incidentally! He called it un-American!). Did you ever see the MASH episode when he confided to Hawkeye how he yearned for his tour to be over - he said he missed "doing spoons" with his wife: nestling into each other as they lay in bed.  Nice idea.

Good luck Bob it is a beaut. Great taking Ginny.  Did you see poor old Mash Harry Morgan cashed his chips in at 96 Colonel Potter.
