I did feel it coming and you gave foreshadowing at the beginning, but I still felt it was an awesome description of love's effect.

I did not see the ending coming either! It's sad when something so precious does not meet the person who is in dire need of it! I suspect it happens all too often! Poignant imagery too! sam

Some will jump into this one and think it another love fantasy, but I seemed to feel a certain excited sadness through it all...And then the last two lines came like a hammer.
