I haven't a clue as to what you can do but I did like Kabu's advice! The best to you because it can be so darn painful! sam

if you can't afford help, take a hot shower before you start the exercises
so that your muscles are warm and begin the exercises slowly and work up....doing them twice a day. use the rub and which I presume is a pharmacutical deep muscle rub such as Voltaren and then wrap the area up warm...try to only take the painkillers at night because taking them when you are active, they will mask the further injury you may be doing to the area.
