Not to be gross, but driving through Albany one time I learned what
a "sailcat" is. A country music station explained that it was a skunk long dead and dried out after being so thoroughly flattened on the road that kids had no fear of playing with it like a frisbie. There's some knowledge we're better off without. - Bob

Y Oh I have to pick up with a paper towel a tiny rectangle of dust that might be the last survivor and also victim of my landlady’s bug extermination. She picks them up by the tail. BC-A, Bill’s RJJst

The same goes for dead possoms, civet cats and squirrels that get out on the road at night.

I suppose it is inevitable Joe I wonder what we smell like to an animal meaty and salty?
I have just been chatting to an old friend he has Parkinson's and his wife has dementia.
There does seem to be some decent drugs around for dementia these days which although it does not help you or me, one can feel glad that this is so.
