Now I am feeling better about how you have handled the situation! I am with you that it is the hands of a higher power and He knows the sacrifices you have made to try to keep things together! It can be a ruthless world at times with everyone fighting for survival, but teamwork wins in the end! You did what you had to do and it will surely work out in the end! I got your note on the texting! We can go back to emails because I so miss your company during the games! A big hug and smile to you, too! sam

These are the challenges of individuals who work in leadership! You seem to be on target and handling the situation.

A person who just slips by and doesn't really do the job to
the best of her ability, will trip herself up in the long run. In my job as office secretary, I was proofreading others' research reports, & it was my job to catch errors and inconsistincies. Doesn't make you popular among those who are careless. And I did not go overboard to sugar-coat the feedback. I like how you handled this, and they're all lucky you're in charge. Have a great week!

Don't worry Andnor we are all frauds at times I visited my brother this morning his wife was trying to get information about the broadband not working. I stuck it for half an hour and then left in a temper . I kept telling them I would email the firm and get a response. They seem a bit slow to react and I could tell they did not know what they were supposed to do. I could not help as I did not have my computer glasses. My brother rang me up later and said it had not been resolved and I said I had been in a a bit of a temper, So it was alright. Not many Angels around Hey perhaps the wine helped.

Maybe you could stay in the city for a couple of weeks at a time until you catch up and feel things out deeply before going in a definite new direction? Would that help?
These two hour trips and working half the night will furthur tire you. You need your best foot forward now.
