In my nursing profession, I administered a lot of prescribed Vicodin, but I've never taken any myself. I hope that when this episode is over that you never have need for it again.

My heart is with you. Cost versus the benefit can put a person in an ambivalent state. Keep making the best choice for you!!

But there's good news about my older daughter...
They did a follow up and have removed all the cancer. She's doing fine, although she has a condition that indicated it could come back some day, so she's got to be vigilant about her health from now on. Crossing my fingers, and giving a sigh of relief.

That's some buzz! I can remember having some of those when I was a hippie teen.
.Your BIL sounds like a nice dude who just got caught up in medications. One of the reasons I hate them, although I know they are sometimes necessary. Only two days to go and this should be over!

Very sad about you SIL God Bless him. I'm really sorry to read of your event with medication, terrible for you. I only found out from the doctor this week that a medication I've been taking for years for acid reflux, Domperidone, is what makes me shuffle like an old man at times and be unsteady on my feet. God Bless you too lovin' PatB.
