sam444, it gives relief for headaches, too, according to info site sources.
And I can vouch for it as a sleep aid. Last night, I slept well the whole night through without dreaming, after simmering rosemary in water all day. QUITE a change. Also, it's a great humidifier especially as winter comes & on goes the home heater.

Kabu, smart lady, your Mother. Burning rosemary to clear germs was another use I found when searching this herb on the web. It has antiseptic qualities.
