Jeff what can I say you seem to have everything sewn up, I think you may be going through an awkward phase and will be ok eventually, but then it will be a bit boring for the reader.

The lights do work, but, have you tried taking vitamin D3? I find it really helps

Jeff, those UV lamps are getting better and better...
and not so expensive (I'd go the a health supplies store first and hope for a bargain, or, try Walmart because I've seen them in there, too)...I'm seriously considering getting one myself..
..
