They are like paper matches, they most always light, but sometimes go out before they can be used as we wished.

start with are often not at all the poem I wind up writing.  Somewhere they take on a life of their own that we have

It flew from you we saw the view inside your brain it then became a little flame but it burned true, one must construe it meant to say I'm on the way to fame. Gettoff CC.

Ain't that the way it goes? So clear to the poet, not so much
to the one reading it "cold." Poet's dilemma, for sure.
