caller I.D.'s are definitely a god-send
But you're right . . . every once in a while you have to pick up the phone for the more persistent "hooligans" just to get them off of your back! Too many scam artists out there; don't pay for something you never ordered! The law is on your side (
most of the time, anyway ).
