Yes it is tragic really Sam it puts such a load on the heart and all other organs and the motive that might have encouraged him to take a pride in himself will be absent.

I couldn't help it but I chuckled when the one overate and blew himself up! I have a nephew who is very, very, very large, about 350 pounds and I could see him blowing himself up from overeating! I get on him all the time for eating too much but he won't listen! I rarely see him when he isn't putting something in his mouth! It's very sad because he is a handsome lad with a nice frame, but too much fat on it right now! sam
