absolutely, I tend to find that frustration comes from trying to force events to match the plan rather than ditching the plan and dealing with events

It reminded me that there is real freedom in adapting to the events of a given days as opposed to giving into them and becoming utterly frustrated and bound in chains of the events so to speak! sam

There's a lot of wisdom here. Personally, I know a lot of my
"best-laid plans" don't bear close re-examination.  I particularly remember proposing a project to my boss and, weeks later, hoping he'd reject it.  He did, and you are right: I felt free! - Bob
