I have trouble with the overuse of acronyms, too! It seems to be very prevalent in the medical field! sam

On here I tend to spell it out just in case someone is not familiar. That way they can perhaps infer what I am doing. For example, if I said MLB a fair amount of people would have no idea that I have talking about the biggest baseball league in the US>
