Thanks so much, my friend, I had such fun with this one - it was a spontaneous poem which spoke right from me heart so if there is ambiguity it lies in me

Touche! We must keep the 'kid' in us alive because it makes living a lot more fun! Then I thought about how people perceive is not always who we are when we are in our own element! I like how they poem can be taken a lot of different ways! sam

Don't worry, Lionreign..
It is 'grown-up' enough for me, when people are trying their best to get what they want without hurting other people.. Apart from that, I like to see people laugh, run, play as free as a child.. I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking like this in this world..

This is really good. It hits a very common, vivid note about how we
see ourselves.  I'm making a copy. - Bob

Some of us may cast an image of "maturity" (what is that anyway?) but inside we're still a child looking for fun and excitement.

There is a child hidden in each of us and does not want to grow up.....you put it across so beautifully!

I must say that after a long life of being responsible, working hard, caring for others, etc., I am back once more to the point you describe in your poem.  I think they call it "second childhood".
