Moving in can be such a hassle. Hopefully once all the problems are taken care of it will be smooth sailing from here.

I have a feeling it is going to take some time to sort everything out
properly, but with your fortitude and ability to stand up for yourself...you will make this into a delightful little home.
I do feel concern about the son-in-law though. what happens if he can't sort out his life?

the one is owned by the owner of the park and he wont stick behind it because he claims it was as is, which I dont believe is the case

I asked about an inspection and the gal told me that it wasnt necassary, the repair told me the same thing. Not yet on the son in law

This is a poignant statement for having an inspection done before one buys! It makes me wonder how the folks who had it before you were able to survive! It has to end soon so that you can finally enjoy yourself! Did everything work out so that your son-in-law can move without a problem! I know you will get settled in and have a great life there, it's a matter of time! sam
