sounds like James was and is a great Guidance Counsellor....
I'm sure he must enjoy that position, and I don't blame him for not liking the position of Principal - I know I would be stressed out continuously..

I used to be a power walker, always, everywhere I walked.... Where did my power go? It just kind of disappeared sometime back..... and I don't even care. LOL

when I had my sons at school I used to find it easier to work with the
school councillor than some of the teachers.
