I hope and anticipate that mediation will, sooner than generally expected, become the dominant mode of conflict resolution.

Mediation is becoming a popular way to settle disputes.
Unlike court or arbitration, the parties arrive at their own solution, with the mediator present to facilitate communication, not to decide things.
