I know how the bashing can go on in a lounge! I, like you, did not bash students but found ways to help them improve! This is a well written post that held my attention! sam

FSI, its too bad there was student bashing taking place in the lounge,
but its easy to understand why..that still doesnt make it right, and there are other more positive ways to vent.
..(I only ever saw a teacher "mock" a student to their face one time, and the shame of it all is this was a guidance counsellor!)..
