Rumor, keep 'em indoors -good idea; cats, too, were on the pet-stealing list. As for a restaurant in Canada serving cat meat - I don't even want to think about it !

Some "restaurants" (I used the term with hesitation) in this city were discovered to be serving patrons cat meat in some of their dishes.

TAPS, dog meat is often on the menu in China, but in the U.S., I doubt that even those on food stamps would want it; and that includes the illegals who manage to get the hand-outs at tax-payer expense.

Maybe someone is eating them. According to news reports, 46 million people in the US on now on food stamps because they don't make enough to feed themselves and family.
