Sharks are territorial...
very, in some cases. That is one reason people get bit. Another is, yes, people on surfboards look, against the sunlight, a lot like sealion.
The thing is, we and they all live on the food chain... and we all have the right to protect ourselves, when a predator stalks the fields where we live and play. I totally agree, though, that killing is a matter of necessity, and I am also repulsed to see the glee some bring to it.

it is rough...and here we have bears that they shoot because they kill a
person or people are in danger from them.good post darlin...
