You are so correct that we needs sales people to make commerce work, and it amazes the levels that it can take as well for it is not just the one one sees at the retail level! There are many more behind the scenes just to get the product(s) in the store! I like your idea too, for those it impacts it would be worthwhile to investigate! sam
