Even a little step forward in daily practice, slowly and gradually, yields perceptible results in the long run. One sholuld be able to set aside a little time for oneself from one's busy schedule. That is the way to neutralize the fast pace of life.

I loved the last paragraph! And I wonder how many of us listen to the inner self with any measurable success. I fear I may among those who do not give it enough credence to truly understand! I wonder if it's the fast pace of this time we live in that gets in the way! Shelly
