It sounds like you are having to work on your diet. Mine has changed drastically about a year ago. Now I'm watching my sugars and starches too. It's not easy, but I am more aware of what food does to the body.

and don't forget to exercise...it hurries up the metabolism so that you
burn fat quicker.

The cinnamon in your diet is a great thing to be doing, it has great healing powers, especially if mixed with raw honey! sam
