See? It seems as though you've experienced both the
goldbrick and
albatross co-worker. Unfortunately, there are more of them out there than people may realize. Some companies can "weather" them, while others cannot.

I have come across them in my life but they usually had tenure and it was a 9 years process of documentation to get rid of them and few administrators embarked upon the task! They do tear apart the unity in a company! sam
