Hi whispers thank you. You must try linking some together one day when you want to do something different.

Re: This is you ...all you and it is a beautiful wee poem.
Well I hoped you liked the sonnet Kabu, I might do more of those, it is quite easy after a few years.

Well you always sound good to me Taps, but flattery is my forte. I once heard a Doctor say that when he was sewing up a cut on my head, but he said it was not his forte.

I think sometimes we do try too hard, and when that happens,
it is usually quite noticeable to the readers.  Speaking for myself of course.  The harder I try, the more the words and the proper flow escape me.

CHIFFCHAFF
I liked it so much I'll just sing about it like the bird.

This is you ...all you and it is a beautiful wee poem.
listening to most of the garble around a person and most of the garbage out there to read...perhaps it would be better if the odd person just kept quiet and let the birdie sing....but not you CC.

Re:
marriss tell me about it 5000 pennies. One has to learn the hard way. The roughest market to trade in. Poor old Black birds they grow so tame  the young ones sit and wait for the cat to munch them up . I have cat but it is a bit dopey and does not chase birds .

I have a fascination with blackbirds and have decided I like them because they seem to have a sense of fun and humor like your poem.  By the way, I did attempt to be a penny trader for about 2 months, a true fiasco; am still hanging on to see if I could ever get any lost cash back.

I think a sonnet is in order, too! I like this poem, it has such a sweet hint of realism to it! KUDOS! sam
