Kabu I did not do the mowing it came out very warm and suddenly I thought oh bugger it yesterday evening we had a terrific rainfall for thirty minutes . I had even given some of the fruit trees a bucket of water and the greengage because there were literally drooping in the heat. Now it is a different world.

superb flower as usual dear friend......we haven't seen rain for some time
and none in site ...sad; just as well I enjoy watering but the up side is that they are promising it will stay warm until October.
you take care in the sun and drink at least 3 cups of water. straight plain water. You must keep hydrated.
i remember those lines of patient people for busses etc in the cold. I was so colf in Halifax one day i went into a shoe shop and burst into tears. I needed boots in a hurry.
