Yes, they are. One of mine (on my site) is 180 calories as opposed to near 700 from starbucks or mcdonlds. I am trying to get my mall website up now and it will be active. Open for business! I had to wait for my merchant license to clear. Now I am setting up credit card authorization where someone can buy and place orders right there. haha! Touche'. But, that's okay, because it's not about losing weight or gaining weight, it's about promoting a healthy lifestyle. Really good supplemental system. When I am fully up and running I will post my websites and if you want, you can check them out. Products for good circulation, cardiovascular and pulmanary. Bill....you need to eat my friend.
