This gem of brilliance comes from the same mentality that says we can spend our way out of bankruptcy, that taxes are giving and an investment, and that government revenue reductions (tax cuts) are an expense.

Woof...there's a start on the deficit right there--
141 100K a year plus allowances? Start at the WH and go on to congress. Make 'em all drive Yugos, or even better, liquor-cycles. Reduce carbon footprint and cut costs...
