Justi this is an old English Garden pink they are rather fragile but bloom copiously and are slightly scented

Well Kabu the old lady who lived next door once told me she loved to put a bunch of flowers in some-ones hand. I was only a boy and I thought that's funny. History repeats itself. Of course you must not give your flowers away, I grow some at the front and do the same as you do.

I think that it is just lovely that you leave out bunches of your so lovely
flowers for the neighbors. They are so blessed to have you to do that and it is wonderful to give joy to others. i don't pick any of my flowers....It is winter here so long, i love the clour outside: but I cut off all the dead blooms so more come and I feed my plants as well.
