lionreign, those sleepless nights are never fun....
The sun can be shining but we feel "grey" both inside and outside...sometimes I find reading helps, but other times the book ends up halfway across the room in sheer frustration......

It is a bad time to go through Lion, I wish I had advice. I can sleep well after lunch but that's no help to you. At least your poem might help others with the same condition thinking they are not the only one.

Well written about an aggravating condition.
It's not much fun to want to sleep, at a time one should be sleeping,
and not be able to drop off.
