I'm thinking that places of employment have way to many people to choose from and that's one of their easy ways of weeding out part of the applicants.

A lot of people aren't going to qualify for that job with that requirement. It's ashame what is going on.

OOh! Everyone I know would be stuck. How many bilingual people are there around? Not many round here. Hope she gets the job - love and care must be more important to brain-injured people than speaking Spanish, surely?

It often stems from the client base and those are the requirements for the position and it feels like a catch 22! I wish your daughter all the best and if she strives as she has been she will succeed! Nothing good ever comes easy and I believe she will have her day soon enough! sam
