- Go to NYTimes Reporter Calls President A "Dick"? There Is A Better Way...
That's kinda weird...
If for no other reason than Halperin is a good writer, and undoubtedly knows far more scurrilous and less scatological words than "dick."
On the other hand, he may be trying to make some obscure point about free speech or the lack thereof.
At any rate, we learned long ago that in civil court, truth is not a defense...

Oh there it is. That wonderful way you have of calling the shots as they are but not in any way that would bring out the dueling pistols in the morning. It is so good to read you.

Welcome home again....

I am shocked she felt the need to so describe him but I think it was about time someone called out the word that has been in almost all of our minds at one time or another where he is concerned. - a word that .. though accurate, its I agree "vulgar" but as you point out, no more so than other words used regularly to described conservative politicians... This guy is incompetent, clueless, hypocritical... oh and arrogant yes, Corbin iou are right... it is his arrogance and that of his blinded followers that seems to delude him and them into thinking he is what he is far from being.... a good president... A dick? If I did not have tremendous respect for the institution of the presidency I would say : absolutely.! He has richly earned the right to be called that name.

...good advice, but I'm afraid this campaign will grow more and more vulgar.
