Re: jfm32
thank you, I have considered writing longer works but I haven't been inspired enough by any one topic to pursue it to the exclusion of all others. I get distracted easily

Love the lilt and rhythm, here--and the idea with inner personalization
giving the feeling of:
"let's sit by the fire, just you and me
and rediscover our possibilities"
Your poems travel fast thru original insight while retaining the grasp of an outer language--like a peek-a-boo, which is to say they're compact.
Was wondering if you have the inkling to venture into a longer poem...
just a thought. but wouldn't that be a cat's meow, and a panoramic view "how things are" while being in the middle of it?
So when can we expect your epic?

lionreign, there is something magical about a fireside....
A campfire just seems to create an intimate setting for singing, telling ghost stories, sharing remembrances or a kiss with that special person beside you...makes me want to clean out the firepit for a campfire tonight.
