Several years ago I was in Ogden, Utah and visited 25th street, where we lived when we first were married. The whole street was transformed into an arty-place with horses like this one on every corner and coffee shops.

Some of the Towns in Australia do this...usually with cows.

I love when cities/towns do this. In Llano, Texas they have deer painted and in Houston, Texas, they have steer - and horses as well. I am in awe most times with the sheer creativity and artistry of this. Love this Blue ~ beautiful. Elyse
