Dear Corbin,
The Constitution absolutely matters. I wonder if we need to remind some in government of this fact.

A very good post
We have a group that appears to have really lost their minds. YES THE CONSTITUTION MATTERS and removing from Washington those who believe otherwise is a priority. The media for the most part has lost it's mind.

Better not have an opinion since i didn't really do much American
Law Constitutiont research in Australia......but it sounds like a stupid statement and i agree there is hardly a magazine left these days and all I can read on the Internet for free means there will be less all the time.

You are absolutely right... what is the point in arguing such stupidity? As Reasons tells you in his comment, the Constitution itself in the Bill of rights answers the asinine questions in this article... I would suggest to the author ( and I plan to in a letter) that he should read the document he is writing about thoroughly before he puts his foot in his mouth in such a shameful way and if he already has read it... well then he should run to take a reading comprehension class because he totally and completely has missed its meaning.
BTW, is nice to see you are back :-) xoxoxo

Stengel fails to understand that his article questions are answered in the basics of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
