I am always drawn to water in order to calm my nerves
as a matter of f fact your poem inspired me to go out to the ocean today, I love the vision of river rippling and flowing, beautiful masterpiece

Right now the Missouri River is getting just a little overwhelming, but I do love a rippling stream.

The last two lines are so true! The flooding can be so destructive! We are facing that in the West currently! Salt Lake could come under severe flooding with the snow pack, which is moisture laden, melts too quickly! sam
