I've not seen an Eastern Phoebe but oh I love to site birds. I do hope you find a nest. Just yesterday I found 2 more eggs left or still or new to our bluebirds houses. I was glad to find the others apparently had flown the coops. There's residual bird matter behind - and I must clean the nesting houses out -
