I am so glad that there was a bright spot of humor to give you a smile
and the scenario could certainly have been way worse.......perhaps a criminal group leaving a chilling message........Oh me and my silly imaginations.

As far as I'm concerned, telephones are now more trouble than they are worth.
Now church services are another matter entirely.  I thoroughly enjoy a good worship service.

Came home from  my church to discover the issue is with the church's answering equipment. It must be new because this started Saturday morning. It is picking up oiur phone signal and answering our line. Which makes sense because the church is about a block away!

I believe you can put it in writing for them not to contact to and then they must leave you alone! And your daughter can also request that all contact be made through the mail and they must cooperate! I liked your last line too! sam
