Maybe because I am surrounded by the passionate Quebecois, or because I live in the bush where we don't even have high speed internet and cell phones only work now and then, but I still see plenty of 'face to face'. Monntreal is renown for the terraces and restaurants where one can sit for hours and chat. It still happens up here...thankfully!!
