Yes EE this is a second year plant some are perfumed they can stand quite a bit of cold and moderate sunshine. The slips are easy to take but if one can find a specialist firm and buy the young plants early they are not much trouble but really need growing on in three inch pots to get a strong plant if one wanted them for the garden.
