theres an asshole in every crowd.....what i did was take triple dose of high iron pills that are coated....it took weeks but my iron count went slowly up...take with juice and avoid any dairy when you take it....dairy blocks the absorption....grape juice is good with it....if you want to talk about it more send me a message will be happy to impart any knowledge i can with you....hang in there....

It sounds like you're doing quite a bit already. Probably more than some of those making remarks. Some people just feel the need to comment on things which really are none of their business. Know that you're doing the best you're possibly able for you & your son. I'll keep the two of you in my thoughts & prayers.
