i just hate doctors and hospitals, I wish we would never need them.

Oh how I cringed at reading your description of your brother's surgery.
What horrible, but amazing, things we go through trying to continue on.
I have so much respect and admiration for those who fight so hard to live.
A sweet friend of mine has just been through all of the long fight against breast cancer.
I so hope that she has beat it and will be cancer free after this.

The saga continues! I read this earlier and I was thankful that a procedure did occur but man alive what an ordeal! I continue to pray and I know there will be dancing! Your plate is so full I am going to pray extra for you, too! So, it looks like it will be the Canucks and Bruins! I will cry if the Bruins do anything! So, I hope things even out for you in all areas because I really want to watch the Cup finals with you! And do something about the Bush, I am tired of e-mails failing, lol! Hang in there my friend, and let the music play all day...

you have all my smiles all my love that is in your compartment and these
compartments never empty and are constant and my prayers are most unconventional but sincere and get answered perhaps because of that and I pray for results and fortitude and proper decisions and healing. I am not happy with the level of care around at present but i will get over that too I guess.

I know he has no choice but to play the hand fate deals him,
but I admire the hell out of your brother! I'm glad he's fighting the fight and that you're in there with him trying to get the docs and their teams to do their level best. I know people who just give up. I'm hoping and praying the medics solve the problems and send Bird home all full of piss and vinegar again. :) pat
