It appears people just have them and turn them loose today. I certainly know that is not true of all of them, but too many children are left to their own devices to survive. Good post.

It is out of hand... I wonder what can be done to get those phones out of the driver's hands... perhaps outlaw them in the cars as they did in NJ... I wonder if the accidents have decreased there... <<<sigh>>> Be well darling xoxoxo

I think it's a combination of careless, multi-tasking drivers and children who perhaps weren't disciplined like we were.
