Well Ray a gypsy once told me they ate it in a sandwich for colds I have inhaled it over a bowl of hot water at times. Everything seems to be unsafe for some reason.

Re: Re:
I hated Cod Liver Oil. Yuck! Yuck! Yuck!
For years I couldn't eat a fresh orange because Mama would always give us a slice to suck on after a spoonful of the stuff to help take the taste away and I associated the taste of it with the orange.

When my Mama didn't have transportation available and I was having
an asthma attack with no inhalers handy, she would treat me with Vicks rub. I loved the smell of it. My doc says that is a big no-no nowadays but it did keep me breathing..

Great poem, CC!..:)

My mom made me take something called calcadine, a little black pill you had to chew tasted like sin and she me made me open my mouth to make sure it was gone...it's a wonder we made it through.
