My guess is that she is trying to get you back to where
she thinks you belong... That if you just go through the doors and see the old familiar hooks and associations, you will relent and return on your own.
Just a guess.
And sometimes, coffee is just coffee.
Personally, your porch sounds like perfection!

I've had times when I'm wary of the whole world, and my kids step in to show me they're in my corner. It straightens the spine. I agree though - curious that she chose to meet at the library.
